Shipping Information.

We offer free shipping on all orders to The United Kingdom. We use Royal Mail 2nd Class which aims to deliver within 2-3 working days.

If you require faster delivery and shipping please contact us at sinistergifts@gmail.com we will always try out best to accommodate.

Once we receive your order it can take between 2-5 working days to be processed depending on the time of year. ie. Holiday periods: Christmas, Easter, Bank holidays, Halloween etc. We aim to ship your order as fast as we can.

Returns/Refund Policy

Please choose carefully as we do not offer refunds or exchanges for change of mind.

You have the right to cancel within 14 days of your contract with us, or 14 days of receipt of the goods (whichever is the longer). You then have 14 calendar days to return an item from the date you received it. To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it.

You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable. If you receive a refund, the original cost of shipping will be deducted from your refund.

Faulty Items

Refunds or replacements will only be offered if your item is faulty on arrival.

We will provide a full refund if the item is faulty. The item must be unworn/unused, in the same condition as received. If the returned item is not received back in the same condition / damaged packaging / missing accessories we reserve the right to deduct an appropriate amount from the refund.

A refund request must be sent to sinistergifts@gmail.com with photo evidence within 48 hours of receiving the faulty product. Any request outside of this time frame will be denied.
